Who is responsible

The website iqualif.us is responsible for the data collected on this site. For any question, write to us using the contact form.

Contact form

When you write to us, we receive your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you. We keep them for at most 3 years after our last exchange. We do not sell or lend them.

The form is protected against bots by Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC).

Audience measurement: Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to count visits, page views, downloads and clicks to the shop. These statistics are kept for 14 months.

Advertising: Microsoft Advertising

We use the UET tag of Microsoft Advertising (Microsoft Corporation). It measures visits that follow a click on our Microsoft ads, and the downloads and purchases that result from them. Under California law, this may count as "sharing" personal information for advertising.

Cookies

The site only uses the cookies it needs to work, and those of the services named on this page. Google Analytics: _ga and _ga_*. Microsoft Advertising: _uetsid, _uetvid and MUID. Google reCAPTCHA: _GRECAPTCHA. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings.

These services may process data in other countries.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the law of your state, you can ask to know what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We do not sell personal information. Using these rights will not change the service you receive. Write to us using the contact form. You can also contact the attorney general of your state, or the California Privacy Protection Agency if you live in California.

Privacy laws depend on where you live. In the United States: the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA (California), the VCDPA (Virginia), the CPA (Colorado), the CTDPA (Connecticut) and the UCPA (Utah).
