Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page explains how residents of U.S. states with applicable privacy laws can exercise their right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information by IQUALIF.

Who this applies to

This opt-out applies to residents of states whose privacy laws grant a right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including:

• California - California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA)
• Virginia - Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA)
• Colorado - Colorado Privacy Act (CPA)
• Connecticut - Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA)
• Utah - Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA)

If you live in another U.S. state that grants similar rights, the same procedure applies and we will respond consistent with the rights you have under your state’s law.

What “sale” and “sharing” mean here

IQUALIF does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may “share” limited information with service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer support tooling) strictly to operate the site and the product. Under California’s CPRA, certain uses of analytics or advertising cookies can be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. The opt-out below covers those uses.

How to opt out

You have three options:

1. Use the cookie banner at the bottom of the page and click Decline. This stops non-essential cookies on this device and browser.
2. Email us at privacy@iqualif.us with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share - [your state]”.
3. Use our contact form and select “Privacy request” in the message body.

We process verified requests within 15 business days for California residents and within the timeframe required by your state’s law for residents of other covered states. We do not require you to create an account to submit a request.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written authorization and verification of the agent’s identity before processing.

Right to non-discrimination

Exercising your privacy rights will not result in denial of service, different pricing, or reduced product quality.
